Scott’s been behind the wheel of a loader and knee-deep in topsoil for over 30 years. He knows good dirt, and he knows how to get it where it needs to go. Over the years, he's built a small, no-nonsense business based on trust, hard work, and a handshake.

Now, his sons Dominic and Matthew, and son in law Kevin, are jumping in to lend a hand — loading trucks, learning the equipment, and keeping that same down-to-earth service alive.

Scott works with homeowners, garden centers, and landscaping companies who need clean, dependable topsoil.
Our 4 Dirt Blends
Our four dirt blends include: SCREENED BROWN, BLENDED, FLOWER, and VEGGIE.
SCREENED BROWN is most used for landscaping, and it's the cheapest of the four.

BLENDED is a step up from SCREENED BROWN, but still below FLOWER. It contains 70% Topsoil and 30% Peat.
​
FLOWER is great for flowers, plants, trees, veggies, and seeding. It contains 50%
Topsoil, 30% Peat, and 20% Manure.
​
VEGGIE is best for veggie gardens. It contains 60% Peat, and 40% Manure.
​
*Each of these blends is ran through a 7/8" screener to remove lumps and rocks.
Location
We are located on Tess Corners Dr between Woods Rd and S North Cape Rd, just East of Flintlock Trail. Come down the gravel driveway with the orange cone, just 100 yards East of Flintlock Trail on the South side of the road.​
